Our Fitness Kickboxing Oakville Team has extensive background in boxing, taekwondo, Muay thai, health and fitness. Not only do we encourage you to achieve the best results and goals, but we will instill and promote good posture, stance, and technique in your kickboxing! We are an experienced dedicated team committed to your fitness. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome as our program is flexible and suited for personal needs.

Instructor Brandon

Brandon has an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, he creates an environment where everyone is motivated to give their all and really push themselves to achieve their fitness goals. His experience stepping into the ring over and over again to test himself against another opponent has allowed him to gain valuable experience and knowledge. Not only does he know what it takes to reach your fitness goals, he knows how to prepare mentally to block out all the noise and focus on your goals, as many of you will experience when you join the program. 

With an already long list of hobbies such as surfing, snowboarding, kick boxing, cross fit, rock climbing and more on his resume, Brandon is committed to expand his knowledge. By constantly applying his experiences, Brandon can successfully add innovative exercises to their fitness program that are sure to help you reach your fitness goals.

Master B. C.

With over 15 years of Taekwondo experience both as an instructor and a student, he has obtained a 4th Degree Black Belt. Not only are his kicks developed, but he has also been studying the sweet science (Boxing). To add to his martial arts career, He has served in the Canadian Forces reserves as an Infantry Soldier since 2011, where he has experienced several fitness programs and methods. Master B. C. is dedicated to helping you achieve those result you want, while having fun as a team!
